New Review!

Talk Supe, a fantastic book review website, has been kind enough to do a review on both Shadows and Galdoni, as well as host a book giveaway starting tomorrow! I am so excited to see the review and also to see the response on the giveaway. I love book giveaways. It gives people a chance to read something they might not otherwise purchase, and the hope is that if they like something that they read, they will search for other books by the same author, then spread the word to their friends about the books, and like fire, word will spread and millions will be enjoying the books! (Yes, millions. Trust me…)

I have enjoyed every minute of the self-publishing experience (pretty much every moment…I’ve blocked out the editing, searching for the perfect image, more editing, trying to meet every website’s specifications, and even more editing). So it’s a wonderful experience! But the funnest part is watching the book sales. My biggest hope was to get my books to strangers who might be looking for a good story, read something they enjoy, and then buy the next book. When my sales went past the kind family members who bought copies, I held my breath. They continue to grow, and I’m breathing shallowly now with the hope that maybe, perhaps, others are being swept away by my books. It’s a dream come true, and I am so grateful to everyone who has been there and believed in it. I’m very excited for Talk Supe’s review. I have been so grateful to the other websites who have been so kind as to review my books even if indie books might be out of their normal realm. I’m crossing my fingers for tomorrow!
